Sub-processors

CloviLegal uses the following third-party sub-processors to operate the Service. We update this list as our stack changes.
Current sub-processors
- Anthropic — AI generation & document review (Claude models).
- Cloud hosting / infrastructure provider — application and database hosting.
- Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, and security.
- Email delivery (SMTP) provider — transactional and signing-request emails.
- AppSumo — lifetime-deal purchase, licensing, and activation.
CloviForms (form auto-fill) and CloviRedact (PII anonymization) are on our roadmap and are not currently active sub-processors. This list will be updated if and when they are integrated.
Document processing
PDF generation and eSignature are handled within our own infrastructure (CloviPDF engine + native eSignature), not by an external signing vendor.
